Rules to Good Health & Well Being:
I'd like to talk today about getting on the road to good health. I know a lot of you see my posts everyday and I'm sure many of you look forward to them. But I know there's some that say, "this guy posts a lot of stuff, but where do I start? What do I do and how do I do it?" Getting on the road to good health first starts with your attitude. If you have a bad attitude and walk around with a puss on your face don't expect to feel great.
1: Start with being happy no matter what your facing right now just remember it could be so much worse! Learn to appreciate what you have.
2: Stop eating and drinking processed foods and drinks. "If God made it use it, if man made it lose it!"
3: Stay away from people who bring you down. "You cant fly like an eagle, if you hang around the chickens"
4: Exercise - Our bodies were meant to climb hills and walk for miles in search of food not setting behind a desk eating a bag of Doritos.
5: Stay away from all drugs, this included prescription drugs as well. I don't care what anyone says drugs are drugs and they all have a negative effect on the body. To fight sickness and disease one needs to strengthen their defenses against the virus or the disease, drugs destroy the body!
Those are my 5 Rules to Good Health and Well Being. Remember, you're the one that's in control of you! Its time to make a change, its time to get serious!
