3 Steps to prevent you from getting sick:

Today I'd like to share 3 easy steps to prevent getting sick.

Step 1: You must get your daily amount of vitamin D every day! In the winter months we're not getting enough sunlight therefore we become weak. Eating foods high in vitamin D will keep you strong! Foods like oily fish and some good dairy or supplement with 1,000 IUs per day.

Step 2: Train hard and Rest Hard: I see this all the time people that live in the gym are always getting sick they don't realize that there compressing the immune system. Train hard but rest just as hard.

Step 3: Dress For The Weather: Although its said you catch a cold from a germ. I truly believe you can get sick from being in the cold alone! Look at a plant for instance, leave it out in the cold and what would happen? Stay healthy all winter long!
What Fuel Do You Run On?:

Today I'd like to talk about the foods we put into our bodies. Most people don't look at food as fuel or nutrition, they look at food as pleasure. So they only eat foods that have no nutritional value whatsoever. Like processed cakes, cookies, ice cream, fast food, cold cuts and drink sodas, diet sodas, and other drinks that say no sugar but in reality have chemicals in them that are a million times worse than sugar!

You have to understand that food should not just be for enjoyment, if it is it's pretty sad. Think about it, out of all the wonderful things in life, junk food is what gives you joy? It's time to take back your life and realize that YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT!

Everybody is looking for the best , or the best way to lose weight, or the best way to get abs. Little do they realize it's all in your diet. I have always said, "in order to be tight, you got to eat right." Stop and think what fuel you are running on right now? Maybe it's time for a tune up!
The Best Colon Cleanse:

I know a lot of you have read or have even tried numerous types of colon cleanses. The truth is almost all of them are hype and cause more harm then good. In my opinion the best colon cleanse is 1/2 of a fresh lemon squeezed into 2 cups of warm/hot water. Drink this twice a day and you will immediately begin to alkalize the body and clean out the liver therefore creating an awesome full body cleanse. How to Diet the Right Way

Today I like to talk about dieting so many of you are so concerned with how much you weigh you will do anything and everything to lose weight but one thing your not understanding is what your putting in your body the first place. I have seen people go on these crazy diets one week, then next week there on a different diet and then the week after that there fasting its a complete joke! How about trying a "Balanced Diet" not that hard to understand right? then why aren't you doing it.? You have to understand that food is nutrition, nothing else !when you eat balanced you feel balanced. Also don't over eat! this is the number one reason people are overweight. I always said if you have a 18 gallon gas tank you cant fill it with 40 gallons of gas. Diet the right way and feel great today!

Today I'd like to talk to you about what the acid-alkaline ratio of the body should be. Most of all vegetables and fruits are alkaline, Most of all meats, grains, nuts, fats, dairy, sweeteners, etc are all acidic. This is why I call fruit "Food of the Gods" To many people today are walking around with an acidic overweight sluggish body from all the meats, cheeses, processed chemicals, prescription drugs, even COFFEE which is extremely acidic! Snack on a variety of fresh fruit throughout the day like apples, watermelon, cantaloupe, oranges, banana, etc and lower your amount of animal protein and preservatives. Then my friends you will be on your way to a more alkaline body.
