Is In Your Hands:
Today I'd like to talk about your health. It's so important to understand how to stay healthy. Most doctors and health professionals could care less about your health, their not in business for that (their in business to treat your symptoms, not cure your problems) we're the ones that are responsible for our health.
Take a child for instance, how many times have I seen parents feed their kids fast food on a regular basis and buy liters of soda for them to drink. Here is a little wake up call! Your child doesn't know any better, it's your responsibility to teach them! I have always said your body does not belong to you, it belongs to God. Stop looking for doctors for help because your health and your children's health is in your hands.

The Key To
Physical Health:
Everyone wants to be healthy and we eat certain foods that we're told are healthy for us. We try our best to exercise, go to the doctor, all of these things we do in the physical but the key to physical health is our mind. Yes, your mind is what controls your body and it's the mind that can make a body healthy or cause it to be sick. You see I have always said "The Mind is the Master and the Body is the Slave." Whatever the mind tells the body to do, the body will do. Your body didn't tell you to get up this morning your mind did. Now that same mind will control every aspect of your day, your week, your month, your life, your health!
Most people that are sick see themselves as sick. All they do is talk about their sickness to everyone they meet and everywhere the go. So what happens, more sickness! The key to physical health doesn't start in the doctors office its starts in your mind! Keep a healthy positive attitude! Stop saying your falling apart and start saying your young at Heart!

Water, The
Only Drink:
Today I'd like to talk about water and why it should be the only thing we drink. So many times I see people drinking all kinds of drinks, soda, diet soda, coffee, latte's, iced tea, juices, beer. When it comes to water, some people look at it as a boring drink. My friends, water is the key to losing fat, getting in shape, and fighting off disease. I drink water from the moment I wake till one hour before bed. Water is a great way to cleanse your system, keep your body hydrated, your muscles full, and your strength up.
Most people drink too much water at one time like when they workout and then they don't drink any at all the rest of the day. Your water intake must remain steady throughout the day. Water and food work hand in hand. If you drink soda, juices, latte's, your consuming nothing but sugar and added calories. If you want nice clear skin, low body fat, more energy, make sure you drink your water consistently through the day!

Stay Healthy
and Strong ALL SEASON LONG:
Today I'd like to talk about staying strong throughout the year. Now that cold weather is approaching for most of us its very important to stay strong and healthy. Here are 5 tips I've put together to keep you healthy all year!
1: Get enough rest. This doesn't mean sleep for 12 hours. Its very important to rest more when its cold and during times when colds and flu are at their highest. The reason is that when your well rested, your immune system is at its strongest.
2: Eat small meals thought the day. The worst thing you could do is eat one or two meals a day. That's a great way to gain tons of body fat. Our bodies are running all day (well at least they should be) and they need a steady supply of calories throughout the day. If our bodies are fed too many calories at once the body stores it as fat.
3: Eat more fruits and vegetables and take less supplements. I have always said there is no supplement to Gods nutrition.
4: Eat Fish! Why are fish so lean and healthy? They eat fish! Fish is packed with immune system benefits.
5: Don't think thoughts of getting sick, because then you will! I know people who get colds just from someone sneezing in a room. Their hypochondriacs and they bring this on themselves. Learn to say I'm a Rock and my immune system is like 300 Spartans! Stay healthy and Strong ALL SEASON LONG! |

More Bad
News on Coffee:
Just today I heard again on the news that there going to raise the cost of coffee. They interviewed people and not one person cared they all said, I NEED MY COFFEE! It gets me through my day....They were willing to pay anything. I sat there and said to myself what the he...ck is going on when you need coffee to get you through the day...what is happening? I already spoke about all the negative effects it has on your body. But here's some more. Today people have problems sleeping more than ever, guess why? caffeine doesn't allow you to sleep deep, don't believe me? don't have coffee for two days I bet you will sleep deeper than ever! you will wake up thinking your were asleep for years! coffee also causes the stress hormone cortisol to rise = weight gain and belly fat. Enough with the coffee, it will only take 3-7 days to get it out of your system completely and then my friends you will be back to factory setting.

Effects of Caffeine:
I'd like to talk today about Caffeine and all the harm it does to our body and mind. First, let me explain what caffeine is. Caffeine is found in the beans, leaves, and fruit of some plants where it acts as a natural pesticide that paralyzes and kills certain insects feeding on the plants. So why on earth would we consume this? Yes I enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning just like everyone else but I prefer to drink "Green Tea" instead which has a lot less caffeine than brewed coffee. I guarantee you if you stop drinking coffee for at least a month you will feel and look so much better! Here are some negative effects of Caffeine.
