My name is Anthony Capizzi. I am 23 years old and have been a fan of yours ever since I started to work out in junior high school. I am also a Long Island guy, I live in Holbrook. When it comes to working out it is hard to find an idol because so many fitness models and body builders use steroids, HGH, etc., and are all fake. They explain in their articles that they are legit but we all know they are not. You can tell by looking at someone. When it comes to you, you know it is all natural and done the right way. I hope you don't mind getting an email from a total stranger! I thought I'd take my chances.
While surfing around on the net, I ran across your photos from various Web sites, including your own. WOW! Truly awesome work, Tony!
In my opinion, you are one of a very small group of bodybuilders/models who have really captured the heart and soul of what the sport and art is supposed to be about. You have kept in mind the concepts of symmetry, proportion and balance while sculpting your incredibly beautiful body. Too many guys concentrate on certain muscle groups or areas and don't look at the entire body for those concepts, and they end up with bodies that are out of proportion and not symmetrical.
I really admire what you have done with your body, Tony. You are very similar to a sculptor. Except the sculptor’s job is easier! You are working in a medium that changes daily, as the human body reacts to all sorts of environmental factors. The sculptor's big slab of stone doesn't change for him! Yet, you have overcome the more difficult medium and shaped an extraordinarily beautiful body. (Of course, it doesn't hurt that you happen to be a very handsome guy, too!)
I hope it doesn't make you feel uncomfortable for me to say these things. I believe in being open about things that you believe in. I also strongly believe in letting someone know when he has done an outstanding job at something, as you have!
Well, I should keep this short, in hopes that you'll reply. It would be so cool to hear back from you if you have a few minutes. There is something intangible about your photos, Tony. It's a hard to define quality that leaps from the photos...it says that you are a very sincere and nice guy. I have to say that I feel a bit awkward in writing you and being so open like this, but that indefinable quality or presence of you in your photos urged me to write you. I have found that there are a lot of very weird people who use the internet and email for some not-so-good purposes! I am a well-grounded guy who just happens to appreciate the beauty of the world.;-)

Just caught your web site. Hard to imagine anybody looking better than you. That said, I am so tired of the junk products out there. Why don't you make an instructional DVD that deals with routines and nutrition? I didn't see any if you already have them. The athletic look is back and bulk out. So many in the gym are misinformed, motivated by pride rather than sound training principles and proper nutrition. There's so much crazy advice, especially if you roam forums.

Anthony, Congrats on being named model of the month and thanks for your reply. I figured out the real issue, it wasn't size, it was shape, so I used the concentration curl and it worked. On another note, I have to say I'm proud of you, for remaining natural & humble throughout the years you've been training, it is admirable and proof that you don't need to juice to build an amazing physique. After reading your articles and others with alike mentality, I came to an understanding of training with intensity, coupled with nutrition and smarts.
